
One of the many things that working in the voluntary sector teaches you is that one size rarely fits all. This is just as true when it comes to technical support.
It can be extremely frustrating to discover that your service contract does not provide the actual level of support and assistance you require.
Although we already offer a wide variety of technical support options, we appreciate that you may require more specialist services - for example, you may need access to support outside normal working hours, at the weekend or over public holidays, you may need specialist support for Apple Mac or Linux computers, or need a back-up computer stored on your premises etc.
