Thermal seal keeps contents safe whilst security keylock provides extra protection from theft.

Should the organisation require to restore the backup or to update the copy stored with DOT-COMmunications it is their responsibility to book an appointment time to come and collect and/or replace the files stored with us.
DOT-COMmunications will not release any information nor will it allow anyone to examine said information without official authorisation from either the organisation or as required under UK law.
An authorisation letter on official letterhead will be deemed adequate authority to collect backups and it's the organisation's responsibility to ensure that sensitive data stored on backups does not fall into the wrong hands.
