We like to listen to our customers, and one of the things some customers have said to us was that they would like to access to additional computers and equipment (for their staff or volunteers) and they'd like the security of a service contact but can't afford both... Until now.
For only £299 a year we will supply you with a long-term loan of up to five reconditioned computers running Windows XP with Open Office software, a laser printer and some basic networking equipment and a five PC technical Support contract.
This includes a site survey, annual health checks of the equipment, remote support sessions in case of technical problems and all the same services as our standard service contract clients.*
The loan equipment remains the property of DOT-COMmunICaTions and should it break down we will either repair or replace them. If you decide to end the contract, you simply return all the equipment.
Should you need more computers than five, talk to us and we'll see what we can do.

Clients using loan machines do so on the understanding that they will incur a financial liability equal to the replacement cost of said computer if they damage or lose the computer while on loan. We recommend you ensure that all loan equipment is included and covered by your contents insurance.
