We can provide not-for-profit organisations with loan PCs for only £2 per day or £5 per week!
We supply: Tower and Desktop PCs (usually supplied with a CRT monitor) installed with Genuine Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office, anti-virus etc.
TFT monitors may be available for an extra fee and a deposit.
Sorry, laptops are not currently available for short-term hires.
Minimum hire period: three days.
If you already have a technical support contract with DOT-COMmunICaTions, you may already have access to this service as an inclusive part of your contract.
We recommend that throughout your hire period, you store your data files on flashdrive for easy transfer. (Flash drives can be purchased at cost through our shop - please request a price when hiring)
All computer hard-disks are securely deleted and fully reinstalled after every hire.
Please Note: Loan PC's are provided 'as is' and DOT-COMmunication's cannot accept any liability for any loss of data incurred while using said machines.
Clients using loan machines do so on the understanding that they will incur a financial liability equal to the replacement cost of said computer if they damage or lose the computer while on loan. We recommend you ensure that all loan equipment is included and covered by your contents insurance.
