If you prefer technical support and assistance only after things go wrong or need technical support now but don't want to be tied down to an annual service contract? What do you do?

We will arrange for one of our friendly qualified technicians to visit you as soon as possible.

The cost is £35 per hour for on-site visits and £25 for work undertaken in our workshop.

All parts and upgrades are provided at cost. You will receive the original invoice to verify and can retain the parts being replaced if you wish AND don't forget our NO FIX, NO FEE Guarantee.

There are no call out charges for organisations based in Calderdale and you will automatically be registered for our Basic Support Package.

Sorry but we cannot provide technical advice either by telephone or email to non-contract clients, however registration will give you access to our Client Zone and Knowledgebase of information on such diverse subjects as resolving technical problems, creating appropriate IT policies and procedures and advice on how to obtain free or reduced-cost software and equipment..

We can also provide you with a loan PC for up to two weeks while your own machine is being repaired for only £2 per day.
