We generally provide collection-only or by post through our eBay shop.
However we can arrange to deliver any computer you purchase from us to your home and connect it up for just £15 within a 5 mile radius of our store in Hebden Bridge or for an additional £1 per mile beyond that. If you require us to install your printer or software or connect you to the internet or any other work, there will be a further charge of £10 per half-hour.
Otherwise we use Royal Mail for delivery of smaller items and a Courier Service for larger items. Our P&P costs are calculated to cover our actual costs only. Where possible we will re-use packing material to reduce on environmental impact.
All refurbished goods sold by us are covered by our unequivocal 90 day replacement, repair or full refund guarantee. New products are covered by the manufacturers warranty and their conditions apply.
The following conditions apply:
1. the item must be returned to our shop within 90 working days of the date you bought it,
2. returned items must be in the original condition and packing, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original parts and documents,
3. a full replacement or refund will be provided as soon as we can verify that all original items sold have been returned and
4. is returned by the person or organisation that originally purchased the item; our guarantee is rendered null and void if the item has been resold.
